• Before leaving town, arrange your needs into one list. Then list your wants in another. If a property comes up short on your must-haves, there's no need to even spend time looking at it.
• Know your budget. If you are getting a mortgage, know your pre-approved amount beforehand so we can eliminate homes out of your price range.
• Consider drive time to work or other interests. Traffic in the Portsmouth area could be different than what you're accustomed to, so let me know how much time you're ready to spend travelling each day.

I can send you my top recommendations prior to your arrival. Or you could already have some favorite listings as a result of your own research. While seeing listing photos on the web is invaluable, there's nothing like touring homes in person. I can arrange any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. We could visit up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day if we work efficiently.
